About you:

While previous audio transcription experience is not required it is desirable. Training will be provided to the successful candidates during your first 2 weeks with us to ensure you are ready for live work. Candidates with a legal or writing (professional or personal) background would be a great fit.

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm
  • Excellent knowledge of English with particular emphasis on spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong listening and concentration skills
  • Ability to work within deadlines with excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Client focus

 

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Audio Transcribers. Audio Transcribers are responsible for transcribing digital audio from a variety of legal and private matters.

 

Multiple positions are available with competitive remuneration and incentives. Shifts will vary between the hours of 7am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of our work, employees are required to complete a National Police Check.  We will have multiple intakes over the coming months with the first one due to commence in early 2021.
